In 1982, the most famous maker of Balsamic vinegar in Modena, Giuseppe Giusti, produced 450 bottles of Gran Deposito Balsamic Vinegar for export. In 1983 we acquired bottle #103 from Dean and DeLucca imports. This bottle is from the 1972-1982 production. It contains 13.30 fl oz. of this precious Blasamic vinegar with an acidity of 8.28%.This bottle is signed by Mr. Giuseppe Giusti, the owner of the comapany in 1982.
